When we think of Balmain, the first things that come in our minds is definitely the image of a sexy, modern & confident women. Balmain show has become such a magnet for fans and paparazzi. Olivier Rousteing has developed a strong identity, yet one too rooted in retro, not unusual for a still-young designer. Each show, Rousteing blows out our minds with his aesthetic creations. “For SS16 collection, no inspiration, just a way to celebrate my five years at Balmain” Olivier said backstage. As always, super sexy was the dominant trait in the whole collection. And I have to admit that Oliver always discovers new elegant ways to show skin and to do sexy: Incredible. Rousteing toned down the color this season and focused on nudes, green,   purple, white & black. My heart fell for the knitted bodysuits with flat diamond cutouts and fishnet spins on the bodysuit and cinched with waist trainer .Also the tiered ruffles were flamboyant and offered a soupçon of fluid diversity. My favorite look was this stretchy green suede short dress worn by the utterly gorgeous Joan Smalls. Btw I’ve never thought that camel and green would a great color combination: In love. Kendall Jenner, as usual she can pull any look: She rocked the white crisscross top, so unique. Those gold chokers stole my heart !! Of course, you should adopt the sleek ponytail for SS16, Thank you Olivier. Don’t forget his H&M collaboration going on sale next month
