Giambattista Valli Haute Couture SS17

untitled-1Giambattista Valli decided this time to pick his couture inspiration from the reality of life. He dropped the fantasy of haute couture. Valli cited the inspiration as a girl who is traveling, unpacking and found her clothes from being stored in a suitcase. Elie Saab SS16: Young & CareFree Attitude

“Elie Saab is repetitive, same designs, same inspiration, same embroideries, bla bla bla…” Well, Saab has showed radical changes in his recent collection: In his Fall/Winter 2015 Ready-to-wear collection, he wanted the “Elie Saab” woman to look strong, fierce and confident. He adopted a military & edgy style. However, for SS16 collection, Elie Saab said backstage: “It’s not different, it’s the same. But the mix is different.”  “ I wanted to introduce a woman who takes the codes of the House and feels free to portray them in her own way” Summing up , The ELIE SAAB woman, this time, is young & free in her wardrobe and style. The DIY-ed Outfit 

Summer is officially over.  Today was my last first day of school. Yes this my last year of school, last year of waking early at 6, last year of attending classes, last year of studying useless subjects. I have to admit that I am living a situation of mixed emotions: I pretty excited for my senior year and to be finally 18 and legal, but really sad because I will definitely miss my friends and our funny hilarious moments in class.  (more…)

REVIEW: Ice Caramel by Maybelline

I have to admit that my second favorite makeup product is Lipsticks (after concealer of course, if you have dark circles then you can relate). Personally, I try to buy different shades of lipsticks. Iced Caramel was the first nude lipstick I bought. When I was in the shop and try it on, I fell in love. I was like yes that’s it. Actually, I wanted a lipstick close to “Twig” by MAC and I can say that Iced Caramel is close enough to it. (more…)
